The people are rising up around the world. It started with the farmers but it will end with the entire world fighting back against the great reset and the green new scam. There are now recession warning, buckle up its going to be bumpy. The [DS] is waging war on the American people. They tell you each day what they think of you. They call the people deplorables, MAGA extremists, white supremacist and now neanderthal. Believe them when they say it. The [DS] is pushing the idea if we enter war Russia’s nuclear arsenal is not that big of a threat. Not everything will be clean. Trump is right about the VP, the people will still be with him no matter who he picks.

Economy

  •   problem with that explanation: His administration’s own data disprove it. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, prices paid by business and consumers alike have increased 18% on average since Biden took office. The higher prices that American families face today are simply the higher cost of doing business being passed along to the consumer.
  • Despite this fact, the White House has repeatedly called for grocery stores to lower prices—as if a business owner sets prices arbitrarily. In a recent commercial, Biden also highlighted the phenomenon of “shrinkflation,” where products get smaller, but the price remains the same. The president again called on companies to stop the practice, as if it could be done by executive fiat. (full article in first reply below)

  •  index is predicting “near zero growth” for 2024. The only thing keeping us out of deep recession is record federal spending. Which is going to migrant welfare and Ukraine. With inflation rising again, it’s a horse race whether we’ll get a 2008 financial crisis, a 1970’s stagflation. Or both.

Political/Rights

In a case with chilling implications for 1st Amendment press protections, a DC Judge has fined acclaimed Journalist Catherine Herridge $800 per day until she reveals a source used in articles written about American scientist Yanping Chen, who is suing the federal government for leaking information collected on Chen during a FBI investigation into her ties to China.

  • The home of a top aide to New York City Mayor Eric Adams was raided by FBI agents Thursday morning.
  • FBI agents descended on the Bronx home of Winnie Greco, a top aide who is under investigation for using her position to benefit her improperly.
  • It is unclear if the FBI raid was related to the city’s Department of Investigation inquiry.
  • The New York Post reported:

  •   a living and breathing national security threat.

  • The Insurrection ACT allows POTUS to use military (& National Guard) as police force in the event of terrorist act, natural disasters and disorder that state police cannot contain https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insurrection_Act

Who surrounds POTUS?

They lost this very important power _ the one area of the govt not corrupt and directly serves POTUS.

War

  • French President Emmanuel Macron reiterated the seriousness of his Monday remarks when he said he would not rule out sending Western troops into Ukraine.
  • Macron said he carefully chose his words and doubled down on his statement despite the criticism he received in his country and internationally.

  •  reported, Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick (RINO-PA) is planning on using a parliamentary procedure known as a discharge petition, making him the first GOPer to signal open defiance against the House leadership.
  • Johnson, however, has vowed NOT to put the bill on the floor nor any legislation that does not solve the border crisis. The vast majority of the GOP caucus supports his position.

  •   Trump has offered a solution that will accomplish just that.
  • Trump has presented a commonsense plan: provide military and economic assistance to Ukraine as loans.
  • Under this scheme, any future agreements to provide aid would be conditional, not charity.
  • The deal would be simple: The United States will continue helping Ukraine, but the amount of aid we give will be paid back, and American taxpayers will not be on the hook once Ukraine has had the chance to rebuild its once-growing economy.
  • Loans and loan guarantees have a long and successful history in American foreign assistance — and they can work for Ukraine.

  • Trump is showing the world that the [DS] does not want to do this because if it is a loan then they cannot money launder. The country is then on the hook. He just shutdown their entire operation and exposed the DS

Leaked Military Files Show Russia’s Nuclear Strike Threshold Lower Than Previously Known

  • This week the Financial Times has published contents of a cache of leaked classified Russian documents said to lay out the country’s doctrine and strategy for tactical nuclear weapons use. Included in the documents is info on the Kremlin’s minimum criteria for using tactical nukes.
  • The criteria outlined in the secret files range “from an enemy incursion on Russian territory to more specific triggers, such as the destruction of 20% of Russia’s strategic ballistic missile submarines,” according to FT.

They are now making the case that if there is a nuclear war Russia attack won’t be so bad

They are doing this on purpose so people do not join the armed forces, this is how they have been decimating the military.

False Flags

Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) Grills Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin during House hearing.
  • Biden’s formerly AWOL Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin testified before the House Armed Services Committee Thursday about why it took him so long to notify the president, Congress and the public about his hospitalization and stay in the intensive care unit after complications from prostate cancer surgery.
  • Austin deserted his post for several days without notifying his superiors about his whereabouts. This is a violation of his oath and it took place as the elites in Washington DC ramped up their war rhetoric with Russia and sent more military personnel to the Middle East to deal with the latest conflicts.
  • During his testimony, Secretary Austin begged for forgiveness for his surprise disappearance. But Austin had no forgiveness for the 8,600 service members who he kicked out of the military for not taking the COVID Vaccine.

REP. MATT GAETZ: “Now that you see how personal medical decisions are, will you call for the re-recruitment, restoration of full rank and back pay for the 8,600 service members who were vax-mandated out of the military?”

SECRETARY AUSTIN: “No, I won’t.”

  • They need to impeach this clown. One botched lost war was bad enough.

Biden Blasted After Claiming Crime Rate Has Fallen To 50-Year-Low

  • Joe Biden was slammed online after claiming that the crime rate in the US has fallen to the lowest point its been in half a century.
  • Biden has claimed that during the Trump Administration, “America saw the largest increase in murders ever recorded,” while “Under the Biden-Harris Administration, there has been a significant decrease in crime — including one of the largest yearly declines in homicides ever.”
  • Respondents noted that Biden completely ignored a huge spike in violent crime in large, mostly Democrat run, cities.
  • Didn’t they stop charging for crime you reduce crime.

They are now admitting that DC is in trouble. Trump let everyone know that “We’re going to federalize it. We’re going to have the toughest law enforcement in the country,” added Trump.

Q

  • Nearly three years after the January 6, 2021 fedsurrection, Blaze reporter Steve Baker reported in December that he will be charged for his actions that day reporting live on the event.
  • Steve wrote in October 2023 that he was under investigation for the past two years by Chris Wray’s FBI for reporting at the historic protests in Washington DC.
  • Even reporters aren’t safe from this tyrannical regime. Steve expected to be charged by the Biden regime.

  • Although the Eighth Amendment is not explicitly limited to criminal cases, its three subjects— bail, fines and punishments — all relate generally to criminal cases. Trump’s fine was imposed in what was denominated a civil case. But it was not a traditional civil case between private parties, because no private parties were allegedly damaged by Trump. It was a case brought by the State of New York, which would receive the fine. Moreover, the fine was intended to deter the kind of conduct of which Trump was accused.
  • These factors make the fine seem closer to the usual attributes of a public criminal case than of a private civil case. A functional analysis of the fine in this case could well conclude that it is really criminal in nature and should be covered by the Eighth Amendment.
  • Trump’s lawyers will certainly argue at this point, though they are unlikely to succeed on the initial appeal. They will then almost certainly seek certiorari, a review by the Supreme Court of the United States, by alleging a violation of the Eighth Amendment. If the Supreme Court were to grant review, it would have to consider two issues: the first is whether this state-imposed fine and others like it are covered by the Eighth Amendment; if so, the second issue would be whether the fine of $464 million is excessive.
  • The answer to the second question is easier than the first. The fine is clearly excessive by any reasonable standard. It does not reflect actual damages inflicted on others by Trump’s alleged overstatement of the value of his assets. Nor does it reasonably reflect profits Trump actually made by allegedly overstating these assets.
  • As to the first question, there were not even any allegations of damage caused to the giant banking institutions from which Trump borrowed. They lost no money, claimed no losses and were anxious to do business with the real estate developer who paid back his loans with interest.
  • Nor can it reasonably be concluded that Trump profited by his alleged over-valuations, by receiving a lower rate of interest. States have a long history of seeking to evade the strictures of the Eighth Amendment by designating sanctions as civil rather than criminal. But courts sometimes recognize that when it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it is a duck. This particular duck has all the elements of a criminal fine, imposed by the state, as punishment, in order to deter future misconduct

TRUMPS IMMUNITY CASE

  • As of right now, it has pause the case against Trump, The D’s are panicking over this. There are two ways this can play out unless the SC does something unexpected.
    1. The SC can rule that PResidents have immunity, this will destroy the DS case
  • 2. If the SC rules PResidents do not have immunity, the DS will push their case and most likely convict Trump and put him in prison, the prison could behind bars or house arrest. Trump can still run for President. What this will do it will open the door to all President’s. Each one can now be brought up on charges, When Trump wins the election he can pardon himself. The can then go after OBama, Biden etc…. While Trump is the WH and these people have been brought to justice, congress can pass a law giving the President immunity.

Haley: Nominating Trump Means “Suicide For Our Country”

  • As Nikki Haley stubbornly clings to life ahead of Super Tuesday, warning that nominating Donald Trump for president a third time would mean “suicide for our country,” some of her closest supporters take solace in the fact that the future is unknowable.

  •   Trump, emerged victorious in a high-profile defamation case in Pennsylvania. The lawsuit, known as “SAVAGE VS TRUMP ETAL,” alleged malicious and defamatory statements against the Plaintiff, James Savage, following the 2020 Presidential election.
  • The case was one of the only remaining 2020 election cases on the books.
  • The case revolved around accusations made by Gregory Stenstrom and Leah Hoopes, two GOP poll watchers, claiming that Savage, the supervisor and chief custodian of the Delaware County Voting Machine Warehouse, manipulated vote tabulation in favor of Joe Biden.
  • In 2021, James Savage, a resident of Chester, filed a lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, Stenstrom, Hoopes, and others for allegedly making “deliberate, malicious, and defamatory statements and insinuations” about him following the 2020 Presidential Election.
  • Savage claims that these allegations have led to the “assassinated at a national level,” resulting in health problems and threats of physical harm.
  • This week, James Savage and his attorney, J. Conor Corcoran, have withdrawn their complaints just before the scheduled hearing, citing a motion for summary judgment in favor of Stenstrom and Hoopes based on the truth as a complete defense.
