[DS] is already setting the narrative that China will interfere in the Presidential Election. Right on schedule. The [DS] is pushing to remove Presidential immunity, if this is done it means that all other Presidents can be brought up on charges. Will Trump be protected? Most likely yes because of the Military & State Secrets Privilege. If there is national security threat against this country the Command In Chief will be protected with immunity.

  • Regulators seized Philadelphia-based Republic First Bancorp on Friday.
  • “Republic First operated branches in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York under the name Republic Bank. It had around $6 billion in total assets at the end of 2023.” – The Wall Street Journal reported.
  • This is the fourth bank failure since last March on Joe Biden’s watch. 
  • The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) was appointed as receiver by Pennsylvania state regulators and immediately entered into an agreement with Fulton Bank to assume assets and deposits of Republic First Bancorp.

Federal Judge Finds Pennsylvania Law Barring 18-20 Year-Olds from Concealed Carry Unconstitutional
  • U.S. District Court judge William S. Stickman decided this week against Pennsylvania’s prohibition on 18-20- year-olds securing a concealed carry permit in order to be armed on their persons for self-defense.
  • The lawsuit–Lara v. Evanchick–was brought by the Second Amendment Foundation, Firearms Policy Coalition, and three private citizens, including Madison M. Lara, after whom the case is named.
  • Section 6109(b) of Pennsylvania’s concealed carry law states that persons 21 and older may apply for a carry license. Plaintiffs’ attorneys noted that Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Robert Evanchick’s “active enforcement” of Section 6109(b) for permit issuance means law-abiding 18 to 20-year-olds are unable to carry for self-defense.
  •   Now 18-20-year-olds in Pennsylvania may apply for License to Carry Firearms and the state’s draconian transportation laws have been enjoined from enforcement. This is a victory for Second Amendment rights in PA.”

Blinken Threatens China Over Russia Ties, Warns Xi Against “Downward Spiral” In Relations With US

  •   Secretary of State Antony Blinken met with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing, which brought to a close the US top diplomat’s three day visit to China.
  • Blinken warned the Chinese leader of another potential “downward spiral” in relations and the two sides agreed this should be avoided, however, there were plenty of not so subtle barbs, warnings and threats exchanged.
  • Blinken threatened punitive against on China if it continues to give support to Russia amid the Ukraine onslaught…
  • This alleged support to Russia’s defense industry additionally constitutes a “medium to long-term threat that many Europeans feel viscerally that Russia poses to them,” Blinken continued.
  • He warned that the Biden administration is ready to introduce more sanctions against China if dual-use goods and technologies continue to be sent to Russia, including things previously listed such as: semiconductors, machine tools, chemical precursors, ball bearings, and optical systems.
  • As expected, China’s foreign ministry hit back at the commentary and accusations, saying Blinken is “unreasonably criticizing the normal trade and economic relations between Russia and China” –

  • It is a good thing that this maniac has been expelled, but there are serious reasons to doubt that Columbia did this for any other reason than to quell the public backlash. The university has known about these videos since January. Yet, officials did nothing in response until they became politically toxic months later. James should have been expelled immediately. Instead, he was allowed to lead an illegal protest.
