The green new deal is moving forward and the [WEF] is showing the people their entire plan. Now they are saying that breathing is contributing to greenhouse gas emissions. This is all setup to control and tax you.The economy is breaking down and Biden is pushing it into a depression. Trump will turn it all around. The [DS] have been trying to get Trump since the very beginning, they tried and tried and it all failed. Now they are interfering in the election and this is failing, Trump polls are growing larger by the day. This is not just an election this is the greatest political movement in history. The people are seeing it all playout in realtime. The people must make the final decision, do we take it all back or do we continue the way it has been. I believe the people are ready to take it all back, and as we get closer to the election the majority will only grow larger.

  • The inflation hangover from the 1970s prompted then-Fed Chairman Paul Volcker to push interest rates to an unprecedented 19%. The prime lending rate used by banks spiked to 21.5%, which helped trigger multiple recessions between 1980-1982.
  • At those rates, financing a home was out of reach for many Americans. By 1981, mortgage rates peaked at a record high of 18.39%. At that level, the typical American household’s starting mortgage payment was $1,277 a month, and its mortgage burden was 5.7% of annual income. That’s the highest level ever recorded.

Kamala Harris rolls out state-based gun violence initiatives

  • One week after Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D) failed to secure passage of an “assault weapons” ban the Biden Administration is shifting its attention to state legislatures, asking them to ban AR-15s and similar rifles.

The administration also wants states to pass laws that would allow gun companies to be sued over the criminal use of legally made firearms.

  • A series of court rulings have upended the Department of Justice’s intention to try Donald Trump for a number of alleged crimes prior to the 2024 election.
  • On Wednesday, Judge Chutkan admitted that she doesn’t have jurisdiction over a case while a higher court is considering claims of immunity.

 

  • “Judge Chutkan agrees that she no longer has jurisdiction over Trump case while his immunity appeal is pending,” Politico’s Kyle Cheney reported.
  • “CHUTKAN adds, however, that the stay does not prevent her from enforcing his conditions of release, protective orders and gag order,” the report added.

  •  John Moynihan, filed a whistleblower complaint with the Department of Justice Inspector General’s Office on November 28 alleging that Jack Smith, the Special Prosecutor pursuing Donald Trump, was engaged in an extortion scheme while he was working at the International Court of Justice. It is no coincidence that Jack Smith, in the wake of that complaint, made an impromptu move on Monday (December 11) asking the U.S. Supreme Court to decide whether Donald Trump had immunity to the charges filed by Smith. Moynihan’s complaint was filed on November 28, 2023 and Smith, 13 days later decides to bypass the Appeals Courts. Smells like politics.
  • The Moynihan complaint is political dynamite because it provides circumstantial evidence to support Donald Trump’s belief that Jack Smith is not only politically motivated but corrupt. The Trump team wisely has refrained from piling on this news in order to avoid accusations that this was a manufactured hit job.
  • John learned of Jack Smith’s alleged involvement thanks to a tip from a friend and DEA Agent, who had a confidential informant, who alerted him to the extortion scheme at the ICJ (as stated in the complaint).
  • The complaint includes affidavits from four people with ties to Kosovo — Milaim Zeka, Edlira Qefalija, Halit Sahitaj and Darko Perovic. I want to focus specifically on the sworn testimony of Halit Sahitaj because it provides the most comprehensive account of the Jack Smith’s machinations at the ICJ and raises serious questions about the integrity of the Court and its trials.
